It’s important you fill this out with \u003cem\u003ethe VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER so we know where to deliver them and can contact the venue for insurance, plus the time you would prefer drop off and pickup\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eAll orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:30 PM, and delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9:30pm will incur a separate fee.\u003c\/strong\u003e  The delivery cost for orders outside of 20 miles will be determined based off of location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and\/or florist.
